By the authority of King Miroslav I, the Kingdom of Miroslavia hereby formally claims the terra nullius territory of Bir Tawil (22°N, 33°E), comprising approximately 2,060 km², as sovereign Miroslavian land, to be held in perpetuity for the benefit of all citizens.
Decree on the Miroslavian Value Reserve (MVR)
The MVR is hereby established as the official currency of the Kingdom of Miroslavia. Its issuance, supply, and exchange shall be administered by the Ministry of the Economy through the Central Bank of Velmira.
Decree on Noble Titles & Citizenship
Citizens of Miroslavia may petition the Crown for noble titles — Lord, Lady, Count, Countess, Duke, or Duchess — in exchange for contributions to the Royal Expedition Fund. All titles are permanent, recognized within Miroslavian law, and carry corresponding privileges in the Velmira noble court.

The Royal Council hereby authorizes and commissions the first physical expedition to plant the Miroslavian flag in Bir Tawil. All expedition funds shall be raised through citizen donations, and expedition members shall be accorded the highest honors of the realm upon return.

The Royal Expedition to Bir Tawil: Planning Underway
King Miroslav I has officially authorized the formation of the Royal Expedition Committee. The first physical journey to plant the Miroslavian flag in Bir Tawil is now in active planning. The committee has begun mapping logistics, including entry routes from Sudan, equipment procurement, and communication infrastructure for the desert crossing.
The expedition is expected to require a team of 3–6 members, specialized off-road vehicles, satellite communications, and a minimum fund of $8,000 USD.
