From Desert to Dynasty
In the empty quarter between Egypt and Sudan lies a remarkable anomaly in modern geopolitics: Bir Tawil — 2,060 km² of land that neither nation claims. A product of conflicting colonial boundary treaties from 1899 and 1902, this desert expanse exists in legal limbo, awaiting a sovereign hand bold enough to claim it.
King Miroslav I established the Kingdom of Miroslavia as a micronation built on the twin pillars of physical presence and sovereignty. Our mission is not conquest — it is creation.
We are builders, not occupiers. Our expedition to plant the Miroslavian flag in Bir Tawil is a declaration that unclaimed land need not remain unserved. Miroslavia will be a place where citizens can find refuge, identity, and belonging.

Holds supreme, unrestricted, and indivisible authority over Miroslavia. Issues royal decrees, defines the strategic direction of state policy, and retains the final decision-making power on all matters of defense, diplomacy, and the economy. Serves as the ultimate source of justice and the guarantor of the nation's sovereignty and traditions.

Decree on Sovereignty & Territorial Claim
By the authority of King Miroslav I, the Kingdom of Miroslavia hereby formally claims the terra nullius territory of Bir Tawil (22°N, 33°E), comprising approximately 2,060 km², as sovereign Miroslavian land, to be held in perpetuity for the benefit of all citizens.
Decree on the Miroslavian Royal (MRL)
The MRL is hereby established as the official currency of the Kingdom of Miroslavia. Its issuance, supply, and exchange shall be administered by the Ministry of the Economy through the Central Bank of Velmira.
Decree on Noble Titles & Citizenship
Citizens of Miroslavia may petition the Crown for noble titles — Lord, Lady, Count, Countess, Duke, or Duchess — in exchange for contributions to the Royal Expedition Fund. All titles are permanent and recognized within Miroslavian law.
Decree on the Royal Expedition to Bir Tawil
The Royal Council hereby authorizes and commissions the first physical expedition to plant the Miroslavian flag in Bir Tawil. All expedition funds shall be raised through citizen donations, and expedition members shall be accorded the highest honors of the realm.

The Royal Expedition to Bir Tawil: Planning Underway
King Miroslav I has officially authorized the formation of the Royal Expedition Committee. The first physical journey to plant the Miroslavian flag in Bir Tawil is now in active planning, with logistics, entry routes, and communication infrastructure being mapped.
The expedition requires a team of 3–6 members, specialized off-road vehicles, satellite communications, and a minimum fund of 8,000 EUR. Citizens who contribute before the expedition date will be recorded in the founding expedition register.
